The Relion is made by Arkray and the Arkray Glucocard 01 and Mini are the same as The Relion Confirm and Mini and use the same strips. If you have Target stores they sell a house brand called Up & Up, it is really the WaveSense Presto and is really like the meter and it gets top reviews. The price is the same as the Relion.

ADW apparently doesn't ship to Canada but i found this on their site. You may try contacting them, it sounds like that may be changing and I would think Canada would be a natural first step.
