Relion Confirm Vs. Relion Prime

Ive been using the confirm for awhile now but decided to pick up the prime today while I was at Walmart because test Strips are half the price. I just did a PMPS with both meters and the confirm gave me 360 and prime gave me 385.

Thoughts?

Well within the allowed 20% meter variance.

That's pretty much the same number. You could get two readings like that using the same meter and same drop of blood.

That's pretty good actually. Maybe do a few more comparisons.

That darn variation . I think most choose confirm / micro because it takes a little less blood. If I remember, Prime takes 0.5 microliter and Confirm/Micro takes 0.3 microliter

I use the Prime and I like it, especially when I go buy test strips $9/50....

Ya it did seem like more blood was needed. I wanted a spare meter anyhow just in case. stocked up on strips and batteries.
