Relief for Feline Gas?

Waldo is not eating. He has RCM and a newly DX "mass" in one lung. Waiting for Lab results on the mass. But Xrays showed his intestines and colon full of gas. I suspect thats why he wont eat. Is there any safe relief for this with a heart kitty?
