Hi, I'm sorry I don't have doseing advice for you as I am new also, but for general info, what kind of insulin are you giving, what dose? If by chance it is Lantus, the Lantus Forum Tight Regulation forum is one of the most active forums on this website, you can get more eyes on the topic there?
 
I have been giving him 0.5 unit of glargine. I just gave him 0.25 unit (to the best of my ability). Will be testing again in two hours.
 
What insulin are you using? You should either specify that i your signature are on your spreadsheet.
Anything unusual happen this morning or tiday like not eating as much?
Based on your spreadsheet I would not give a full dose.
