Hi,
My Burmese fur baby Willow has been diagnosed about a week ago with diabetes. She is 13 years old. We are just trying too stabilise her glucose levels at present with twice daily insulin injections and a better wet food for diabetes (stopped all dry food). The only sign we had thatvsonething was wrong was her constant hunger and eating but loss of weight. Hoping to learn a lot and share our experiences here.
 
Welcome aboard! I hope Willow gets better soon with her diabetes under control. If you have any questions don't hesitate to hop over and post in the "General Health" forum and we'll try to help. There is a huge amount of accumulated experience on the board!
 
Willow is a beautiful name. I am always on the lookout for a name for my "next cat" (because, obviously, a new one WILL find me eventually!). I might have to borrow "Willow" and add it to my list ;)
