The company has determined that certain isolated TRUEbalance and TRUEtrack Blood Glucose Meters have an incorrect factory-set unit of measure. If a consumer did not notice the incorrect unit of measure, it is possible that the meter result could be read as a lower or higher than expected blood glucose result.

The problem is that some meter were initially set to the incorrect unit of measurement, mg/dL (USA) vice mmol/L (International) or the other way around. I expect caretakers here would have noticed the incorrect setting.
