I received e-mail from Abbott 2 days ago. They say this lot causes erroneous low glucose results. You can call Abbott Customer Service at 1-888-299-7416 between 8AM and 5 PM CST Monday thru Friday for more information and for the form you must fill out to get credit for any strips of that lot that you may have.
