I had to do a sugar curve today for kitty . Evry 2 hours, vet is closed today so I am just wondering how my readings are... last week at vet he was at 22 (396 us)

started at 8 am 12.9 (232) (I am thinking that is great because of last weeks readings)
10 am 12.2 219.6
noon 13.9 250.2
2pm 12.9 232
4 pm 12.7 228.6

she told me I would see a dip and then go up 2 points but he went up at noon and then dipped again

Those BG are really flat and within the accuracy of the meter.
How long have yo been on 2U?
If 2U was not the starting dose what was it and what were BGs that said to increase/decrease?

First week on insulin. Thus was first reading. What does the reading is flat mean

It means the numbers are roughly the same.
All meters read within +/- 20% or what a lab would get, so if any 2 numbers are within 20% of each other, we consider them to be the same.
