I don't reuse them because I like the needle to be as sharp as possible so that my cat is barely aware of it going in. The tips will get microscopic damage after each use that can make the injection more painful.

No... Each subsequent injection the tip has damage. Plus increased risk of infection.

We don't recommend it unless there's absolutely no choice

Plus they are relatively inexpensive. I don't like disposable content because of the environment. But for medical content I think disposable equipment and needles are the way to go.
