message board cleanup - links, not files if possible

Hey all, you might've seen Rebecca's post at the top of the forums about attachment size and server space.
You can see where you've posted attachments from the Control Panel Overview page. If any of your attachments may be substitued with links instead, it'll help shrink some of the space. Just list the attachments, right-click to open the message in a new tab, then edit the post to replace an attachment with the web link (be sure to delete the attachment after putting in the link).

Thanks to BJ for pointing out that we are often posting and re-posting articles when we could just be listing the links to them. BJ going back and editing some of his older posts to change attachments to links. Anyone else who can do this, thank you!

Please use links to articles, pictures, graphs, etc. rather than attachments whenever possible.
