9/10 Racci AMPS-140,+3-89,+5.5-74,PMPS-115,+4-153

Hi LL,

Racci has shown all p's today but got mad at her asthma medicine this morning. Since it's a new one I have no idea what's wrong with it but will have to check it out and see if the flow is okay. Thank goodness the lb experience was a good one today. Racci's numbers were quite high during the night but that was also a food spike. We'll see if she comes down today. I had to bring her dose down a little to keep her out of the 30's last night and this morning also.

Nothing else to report this morning about Racci but the Cardinal family was here visiting for breakfast. I love watching those cute little babies hop around the deck looking for food. :razz: I think they're males but still too hard to tell since they have so much brown still. Mom stayed in the tree doing look-out while dad was behind them on the deck. So cute! He kept trying to show them to go to the plates but they kept picking at the used shells from the squirrels.

TTYL. I have to call the vet.

9/11 Racci AMPS 160

Hi guys .. wow on the 30's last night! This mornings amps looks nice too .. congrats on the dose reduction! I bet it's sweet watching those baby birds .. whenever we try to point out birds to mocha, instead of looking at the birds, she looks at the end of our fingers ohmygod_smile have a great day guys!

Hi Devon,

Sorry I misled you. I have to reword that I guess. :oops: :oops: I changed the dose by a hair last night but the 30's were actually on the 5th and the 9th. She keeps diving on me with no warning. I hope I didn't make her too high now. It's funny that Mocha doesn't watch the birds. Racci likes to watch them but I've got to say she likes the squirrels better. :lol:

The best thing about the baby birds is watching their progress. When they first came their parents fed them, first from the tree, then from the deck. Now they come to the deck and eat on their own! Of course with a parent watching still.

This small decrease seemed to work. It didn't keep her up but kept her at 50s when she dove instead of 30s! Now to get it right continuously!!

Racci is really wanting to go out in the sunshine so I'm going out for a few minutes with her for a walk around the house. BRB!

Hi Rhiannon!

This has become typical of Racci lately! I don't know what's going on with her! She used to just coast along in the 60s nice and calm and go down in a few steps. Now she goes from real high to real low in a couple of hours or she does nothing for 3-4 hours! It's very strange and I don't know which to expect from day to day. I just took her outside for a walk in the yard and then on the deck to sit and enjoy the fresh air where she had more mc treats.

Hi Ann,

I think I kept her out of the 30s but she still has a few hours of going down time so I don't know for sure yet. I think the HC treats probably did it along with sitting on the deck munching out on her favorite mc treats & an lc small meal, actually a couple of them.

She complained about the yard and wanted to go back to the deck. She was afraid of the grass and the big outside again. I guess it's an improvement though that she wanted to sit on the deck at least. My little scaredy cat. :lol:

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I just saw your post! Racci stayed out of the 30's today and still went low so it was a good day for her. This dose looks like it will work if I can remember exactly where it is. nailbite_smile I'm going to have to mark a syringe to make it easier.

We've just been hanging out watching tv and Racci is napping right now. I have to wake her soon for her test and meds. I hope you've been having a good night!

Even though Racci's PMPS is high, 193, I'll have to check her at 3 to see if she's diing again. :YMSIGH: :YMSIGH: This may be one of those sleepless nights.
