She is eating on her own this morning. She followed me into the kibble room again and ate with all her civvie brothers & sisters. I took 2 cans of her normal pate & put them out in there, the mixed grill and the turkey, & she ate some of the turkey, then went back to the kibble. As has been said here, the important thing at this point is not what she eats, but that she eats. I am glad tho that she at least ate some of her regular pate, that means getting her off kibble and back onto her canned food will be easier.

I will try to get a morning # posted b4 I leave. I leave her at the house today since she's eating on her own, she is bright and alert and came to me when I called her, all good signs.

amps was 260, I shot 5u, her normal dose. That # reflects a food spike, some of it kibble. I put her in "her" room, put Rocket (civvie) in there w/her, put out 3 cans of her regular pate, a bowl of kibble & some Temptations. & 2 bowls of water. When Rocket started eating she started eating, at first the kibble but then she went over to the pate on her own. She & Rocket played musical munchies for a while, going back & forth between plates, mostly pate.

When I got home I it was obvious he/she/or they had been eating as a lot of the food was gone. She tested 256 @ +10.5 which # probably reflects a food spike. While I was in there she started eating some pate. Angus ran in there and bulldozed her away from it so I grabbed him and put him out of there and sat her back down in front of it and she started nibbling at it again. So she is still eating. I will worry about her #s later, once I am confident she is over this and eating heartily on her own regular.

So off to feed the horses and do chores...BBL.
