Another sunny start to the day! Let's hope she surfs yellow today instead of hitting those high pinks of yesterday.
I am off to visit Tawny, I am hoping to have enough time to swing by the house and get a mid-cycle spot ck on Tink b4 I go to THS.
The guy who works for me just called and said could I come early he didn't feel good and I told him no, I was going to Mandeville and if he needed to leave just to leave or let the diner girl take it over. I hate that store so much that I simply do not care one bit anymore and I am desperately trying to find a way to get out of there by the end of the year. This year. The landlord has given me 3 options, I have 13 months left on my lease: (1) find s/one to sublease it; (2) pay him out the term of the lease; (3) find s/one to take it over and walk away leaving what little inventory is left as payment-in-kind for terminating my lease early. There's not much inventory, it amounts to maybe 1/3rd to 1/2 of what actually paying out the lease in cash would be, so that's probably the option I'll take. Now all I gotta do is find some fool that's willing to take it on.
Anybody want a store????? Well, this is a silly place to ask that question. There ain't no fools around here (except for me of course, since I'm the one w/the store. Sure seemed like a good idea at the time, tho).
