wow I did not realize it had been so long since my last condo things have been really hectic so sorry I have been MIA Do Lou is doing well all P's in place woke me up at +11 today with a 31 :shock: :shock: :shock: he has this really pitiful meow when he is low so I was pretty sure before i tested him he was going to be low but jeez plus today is vet day and I hate it for now I know he is going to throw up his food I used to get him up sigh.... oh well it cannot be helped but still today of all days to start out low. He is getting his heart checkup today xrays, BP and BW plus my older civie Kit Kit who is 14 is getting BW and a dental so I will be there a while I get to stay with them even though I am still not working there which is so nice of my vet to let me do :mrgreen: I might be lucky and not have him get car sick but I doubt it Do Lou does not travel well :YMSIGH: :YMSIGH:

Lisa, we have missed you! Wow on the low 31! Glad you were able to catch it and hoping Do Lou doesn't throw up, especially not in your car! Sending out positive thoughts for a successful vet visit to both of your babies.

I have been looking for a Do Lou condo. Welcome back!

What bad timing on this combination of factors. I hope he doesn't throw up his special bring up those numbers food. Hoping for a good vetty visit for both of your kitties.

thanks all yes it was surely bad timing on his part since I usually try not to feed much before a car ride since he is a cat that does the pee/poo throw up before we get to interstate which is 3 miles from our house I live 45 min from my vet

Isn't it always the way? When you need them not to be low, sure enough they throw you a curve ball. Still, I'll keep my fingers crossed Do Lou keeps his food down and all goes well with the vet.

Oh how awful on the car vomiting. Checks yowls pitifully, the whole way to the doc, but thank goodness doesn't heave.
Checks tell me too, when he's low. Aren't they amazing?

OT but just noticed that is 2 years today since I joined this board and I could just go on and on about how much I love FDMB and the family here and whats it done for Do Lou but will keep it to just

FD dx may not be a thing to celebrate, but healthier kitties 2 years later is a big cause for celebration!!!

Hi guys and happy anniversary! It's nice that do lou alerts you when he is low .. mocha never showed any signs when she was low .. I hope the car ride to the vet goes well and the vetty visit/dental goes well too .. have a great day guys!

Lisa, it looks like you came to FDMB just about a week before Stu and I did. I so agree with you. Our family here is the greatest!

Wow what a longgggggggggggggg day Well Do Lous heart had not changed so meds stay same and his BP was normal another plus :mrgreen: and most of BW was ok a few things off but nothing to really worry about I was there 4ever talking about the coming back to work wow they sure want me back asap usually the head vet is not so pushy but today she was really waiting me back so IDK going to have to give it a lot of thought since like I told her I still have a awful lot of bad days with my head :YMSIGH: confused_cat and poor KitKit :cry: :cry: had two extractions one being her canine so she is feeling very poor just picked her up about 1 hour ago she is on bupe for pain and she ate some soft food which I was glad to see I had planned to catch condos tonight since I am so behind but have a killer migraine so will try to catch up tomorrow ;-)

Yeah for Sir Judeh Do Lou Woo being the same!!! NIIIIICE goin'!

Poor KitKit - teefie problems are the worst kind there is. At least those won't hurt her anymore.

That headache - oh I'm SO sorry, that stinks. Hope it goes away soon.

Lisa, get some rest and feel better. You've had a really long day. Glad Do Lou is okay and sending feel better vines to Kit Kit and you, too for your head.

I'm glad the vet day went well and that Do Lou had a good check-up. Sorry about KitKit's extractions, but she'll feel better without those bad teeth. And you'll feel better tomorrow when that migraine goes away. Sending you some "migraine be gone" vines!

Of course the vets want you back! They know how good you are.

Feel better, your migraines sound awful. I'm glad that DL had a good checkup and maybe Kit Kit and you will feel better if you two can cuddle up in a nice darkend room.
