Hi Michelle!! I'm not the most experienced person here, so can only share the limited amount of information as I know as this point.
That site looks interesting, but will take some time to really read and understand before commenting. I do know that a lot of us who are feeding raw, get out information from
Dr. Pierson DVM''s Feeding Your Cat, the Basics of Feline Nutrition.
There are many of us who occasionally give our kitties raw chicken pieces of chicken necks (about 1 inch) and wing tips (last 2 joints) for snacks/parts of her meal. They are supposed to help with cleaning teeth. When you give whole bones, you want to give the non weight bearing bones as they are softer.
It's rather late tonight, so there aren't as many of us around right now, but check back now and then and I'm sure you'll hear from others.
I just recently transitioned my own cat, China to raw, but I just don't have the time to make it myself, so I buy Nature's Variety Frozen raw medallions and it's made a world of different in her muscles and coat, as well as feeding her something she's absolutely loving!!
Will be interesting to watch and see what others are doing!
