Questions about Lantus dosing in Health

So I don't offend anyone again, there is some requesting help with lantus dosing after coming off remission. While I could probably answer most of these questions I 'm not going to after reading some of the things said about those of us in health today.

Mel YOU ARE FABULOUS....and we know it! Please continue to say what you feel is the right thing to say...even if it is, let me get help in lantus. Don't let the bummers stop you from doing what you do so well.
