? Question re: SEB

I finally bought some SEB powder to try on my IBD baby, she has had such terrible diarrhea lately. Can I sprinkle it over her food or do I need to brew the syrup? And how much of either should I give her?

I was giving Doodles a 1/4 tsp in his food twice a day back in the day. I'm having trouble finding the info on the ibdkitties.net page....they changed it If you are on FB the IBDKitties FB group is an excellent resource. Hopefully someone else will chime in too.

I mixed it in baby food but it gets thick--I then started giving it in gel caps but it took too many to get down Rico for it to work.
It really helped him but he is such a fuss butt!
I never made the syrup and it worked. It does pull water so just make sure he is getting enough fluids...

I just mix 1/8 tsp in Wiley's wet food twice a day. I don't mix it with water or anything. Some cats don't like the taste, but Wiley seems to tolerate it most of the time.
