❓Should I give insulin or not

Hi everyone! My Jerrbear I believe has good BG numbers. I did not give him insulin this morning because he was at 94. He is currently at 211, should I give him any insulin tonight? I have been going down on units as he got very low over the weekend. Please help

It definitely would be harder to monitor tonight as I have a 13 hour shift in the morning. But of course if necessary I will of course.
Yes but only leave about 3/4 of a cup out when I leave for work in the AM. He ates some of it but not all. He gets FF wet AM and PM
Just wondering what would be the best options for my little man.
 
Does the 13 hours shift mean he'll be missing another shot?

Can you test again? It's been 40 minutes since your first post. Would be good to know if he's zooming up and bouncing.

No. My husband will be home before next dose would be needed.
Just tested again - still 211.
 
Does you husband test? Since it's now an hour and a half since your first test, that means your next shot would be at this time tomorrow morning. Sounds like this might not work for you. In that case, I'd skip and try 0.5 units tomorrow morning, if he can be monitored.

Yes my husband can test and give insulin if needed. My husband won’t be home until around noon tomorrow. I give Jerry his insulin around 7am. And I leave around 745.
I guess depending on his numbers in the morning, he will get insulin. If he is still around the same in the morning should I skip again?
