question for those that make their raw food

Hi everyone
The kittens are taking well to the raw diet. I've read Dr Lisa's site and noticed she recommends baking the meat to ~25-50% cooked on the outside and 50-75% raw on the inside.
If anyone who does this could give me an idea of what temp and for how long they cook chicken? For some reason I find it hard to judge % cooked??

ps-the kittens are doing great. They've decided they absolutely love Guinness (drooler) and especially his tail at 4am- much to his dismay-although he is handling it very well!
