Question for dose

Dear all,

After listening to suggestions I got before, I reduces the dose from 0.75 to 0.5. However, the APMS and PMPS maintain high....
Should I change back to 0.75 or I need to wait for more days to see how it works?

Personally I would leave him at .5 as right now he is bouncing off that 37 he had the other night on the .75 Plus by our protocol that 37 also earned the reduction. It can take 72 hours for a bounce to clear so we don't count the first 3 days after a low like that in how long a dose is held.

I would wait until next weekend to see where he settles before deciding in the dose needs changing to give the bounce time to clear and him to settle.

Yeah - its for an immediate life-threatening emergency - like a possible hypo, DKA, etc.

There is a ? icon if you have a question.
