many use cenenia--it should not affect bg
I would still get zofran---they do slightly different things.
cerenia is more for if they are vomiting --- zofran helps more with nausea....both good.

I tried. Do you know if the Zofran I have isis ok to give to him?
 
What size are the Zofran pills you have? I have the 4 mg size and usually give 1/4 of a tablet, though some give 1/2. I got them form a people pharmacy. The vet only had the 8mg size which would be harder to cut to size.

I've given both ondansetron and Cerenia to Neko with no effect on her BG.

I hsve the 8mg but I have a pill cutter.
 
I have a pill cutter too. I would confirm the dose with the vet first. I know in Canada the vets usually go to Cerenia first, because ondansetron is REALLY expensive here.

ok Ill give the Cerenia they are 24mg is that too strong
 
I have 16 mg Cerenia and was originally told 1/2 a pill when Neko was not feeling well. Vet said 1/4 of a pill to help with her kidney vomits (which it turned out not to be, another story).

Have you given Fritz any probiotics? Often ABs will upset their tummies because it's killing the tummy flora and a probiotic will help.

Yes Renew Ultimate Flora tiny bit twice a day on his food. I wait hours in between the antibiotic. I went ahead and gave him 1/4 8mg tablet of Zofran
