Question about Standard Process Feline Enteric Support for OTJ diabetic

Hi all! Since Penny achieved her 2nd remission last week, my cats (4 civvies and Penny) have had a diarrhea outbreak. So far the vet has seen three of them including Penny (my sugar cat). One fecal was done and was negative for parasites, and another is being done today. I have been using slippery elm bark with no luck and have Nexabiotic coming in the mail.

Today my vet gave us a product called Standard Process Feline Enteric Support. It's gotten GREAT reviews on Amazon, but I cannot find anywhere online if it's safe for a diabetic cat. It does contain honey as a "tableting agent" and obviously I don't want to rock the boat on Penny's remission. Has anybody used this product on their diabetic cats and if so, did it affect their numbers?

Note: Penny's SS hasn't been updated. Normally she's anywhere from 60-85 on once daily testing since she went OTJ, however she coughed up a hairball yesterday and hasn't been eating much since. Which is typical for her. Her AM BG was 107, which is indicative that she's still struggling with a hairball issue as hairballs always spike her numbers.

Bovine and ovine spleen, porcine jejunum, bovine liver, porcine stomach, L-glutamine, porcine duodenum, rice bran, nutritional yeast, bovine kidney, defatted wheat germ, alfalfa juice, Perna canaliculus, carrot, allantoin, veal bone PMG™ extract, and chlorophyll extract.

The items highlighted in red may impact the glucose level, depending on the concentration. Rice bran may just be fiber and non-caloric, but since it is grain-related, I highlighted it.
