Question about spreadsheet formatting

Hi, I just reached line 201 on my spreadsheet and the formatting is gone, I can see how to add formatting, and I can copy the settings from up above, but I am not familiar with this program, so unclear on how to do it..... Do I have to put the formatting in for every single slot? (gawd I hope not) I did add extra lines at the bottom at some point, had done it a couple times, but maybe I did that part wrong, as the formatting did not continue.

In Google Docs, there is a paint roller icon.
Highlight a formated row.
Click the paint roller.
Click on an unformatted row.
