Tiger is currently on Tramadol for pain management. However, I do not think that it is strong enough. She is still obviously not comfortable.

I am going to ask the vet for something stronger. Does anyone have any recommendations for medications that help manage the pain for cats with cancer? Because of her age and the type of cancer she has, aggressive lymphoma, I have decided not to put her through chemo. Instead, I will manage her pain until it is time for her to cross the bridge. I would like to get the strongest pain meds I can to keep her comfortable until it is time to say goodbye.

Buprenex (buprenorphine hydrochloride) is good but expensive but you can get oral-only version compounded by a place like Road Runner or Diamond Back pharmacy at a reasonable price.
Also, Metacam might be appropriated for your specific case.
