Hello,
I am getting around the site and find so much helpful information posted here. And then there are the individuals who help with the questions which you must hear over and over and over again! I appreciate y'all so much!
My current question have to do with food. My cat Liz is currently eating Hill's wet and dry m/d. The food charts show wet 46/41/14 and dry 43/44/13.
If the dry actually has 13 carbs and the wet 14 carbs, why take away the dry (which I have been decreasing)?
From my reading I see carbs should be under 10. However, one article I read made mention of one of the dry foods listed at 7 carbs, that when tested was actually 14 carbs. Also, the charts seem dated. Do pet food manufacturers change the mixes?
What about dry food that has 10 carbs or less? Are those discouraged as well?
Thank you!
Vicki
