Question about clyndamycin

Was hoping someone could help me out. Lulu has been on antibiotics for about 8 days now. Originally it was supposed to be for 7 but the vet wanted me to add 3 more days. The stuff is awful, she absolutely despises it. I have to give her kind of a large amount after she eats. Tonight, I accidentally shot more into her mouth than I usually do and she ended up throwing it all up plus her dinner about 5 mins after. I’m afraid to give her more this evening, it really upset her. I’m just not sure if there’s a better way or if it’s ok to skip tonight and give it to her tomorrow instead? Thanks in advance for your advice.

What are you giving the clindamycin for? Was it following the dental?
If she vomited it up within 5 minutes it is unlikely that any was absorbed and the dose could be repeated if you are up to it.
Can it be mixed with something or won’t she eat the food if it’s in it?

Yes it is for the dental! She’s healing up very well but the vet wanted it just to be safe. I thought about that, but it has such a strong bitter smell and taste I’m sure she’d be able to tell. (I got a small taste of it after I accidentally nuzzled and kissed her cheek with some still left on her fur and it was awful) it’s worth a try though. She may not come out from under the bed for tonight after that ordeal
