Question about AlphaTrak 2 coding

I am just starting a new vial of test strips and can't find my set up manual. The code was 93 for the last vial, now it is 37. My husband managed to set the code to 37 but the test glucose does not register in the range it is suppose to. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

How old is the control solution? It does expire and go bad. There may be an expiration date for an unopened control solution and another for how long it is good for when opened.

Insert a test strip into the meter and when the code appears in the display you can advance the code number using one of the meter's buttons. I think it's the 'C' button.
