Not sure where I should have posted this.
35% protein. Is this ok for my sugar baby. She has been in remission. She just craves a crunch. She is getting bored and wasteful of all her canned food.
Thank you. It has been awhile since I have been here. I apologize for not keeping her SS up to date. Now I will need one for 2024.

I get roughly 35%. Grain-free does not mean carb free.
Top ingredients: Chicken, Chicken Meal, Pea Protein, Pea Starch, Cassava Root Flour, Dried Egg Product, Beef Fat Preserved with Mixed-Tocopherols, Dried Yeast, Canola Meal, Pea Fibre,
The only dry foods low in carbs are Young Again, Dr. Elsie's Clean Protein, and Epigen Wysong 90, Ziwipeck air dried and freeze-dried raw.

Please PM me regarding the SS. I can fix that for you. I’m moving this to Main Health as Kel mentioned. And I’d like to reiterate her point: it’s not the % protein from calories you need to worry about with a cat in remission; it’s the % calories from carbs. We recommend no dry food for diabetic cats and that includes those in remission.
