PSA - Hartz flea and tick products

DONT USE THEM! i volunteer at a shelter, and someone brought a cat in with chemical burns and blood all over her nape from using hartz flea and tick formula for cats. her fur was gone from where it was applied.

this cat was fortunate that it wasnt worse - you dont have to research very hard to find poor cats who have seizures from this stuff. i'll wager there are deaths related to this but my heart hurts just thinking about it, so i'm not going to look to clarify that likelihood.

this stuff should be banned, but evidently its for sale despite its dangers.

just putting it out there for those who might not know. maybe can save a little suffering....

It's still out there.. All Hartz products are dangerous. If any pet owner has problems because of it, they need to contact Hartz and start complaining. They will only respond if enough complain and make it go viral.
