I'm not sure if those links are still good, but check that out. I paid about $110 locally a few months ago, and I've seen many people saying the price went up recently, $120 seems to be common. Good luck!

Completely depends on the vet/location. I always paid only $72 for a vial at my vet - but they undercharge on just about everything
