Yes, I have linked to this article in another post and went back to it and could NOT see the recommendations in the whole article! But first time when I read it I remember seeing recommendation for Bioglan and others! When I went back to it to check the dosages I could not see Bioglan being mentioned! Weird or what. That's why I had to dig deeper because I wanted to know the dosage and I found catcentric article which seems to be very similar to ibdkitties article. You just sometimes think you going mad, one minute you see it next minute it's not there.
