Printing spreadsheet for Vet?

Ben had a crisis tonight and ended up in the vet ER. I wanted to print out his spreadsheet and take it to the vet in the AM. When I try to print it out, I get a black and white copy with small print. Is that the only way it prints or am I missing a step to get the pretty colored version?

Not sure about printing, but your vet can go onto Goggle and access it. You just need to share it with him. (go to your original on the right hand side, choose Share, then add his email address). Then it will always be available for him without your having to remember to print it out.

Hi Lisa,

I wanted to print mine out but had not as of yet, so I went in and did it and got color.

I hit the print in the spreadsheet in Google Docs. My Antivirus brought up an OK to upload. I said ok and it opened a PDF.

In the PDF window, I hit print and it brings up a full print properties page.

At the top it should show you your printer name and next to it a Properties button. Hit that it will bring you to all the options for printing to your printer. Paper size, layout, and Color. Your default may be gray scale.
