Pringles - Change from ProZinc to Lantus - New dose?

HI all,

Pringles' rescue decided to change his insulin from ProZinc to Lantus.
he is at 3.5units ProZinc, but i am wondering what starting dose i have to use for Lantus.
His spreadsheet is in my signature.
