We’re at the ER vet now. His blood sugar is fine but he seems super lethargic and has cried out in pain a couple of times. He was perfectly fine two hours ago

Not looking good
He’s extremely dehydrated. His liver and kidney values aren’t good. They’ve ruled out a UTI and think he may have pancreatitis. They’re having to give him heat support because they can’t even get his temperature.
I’m devastated
They’re doing an ultrasound now to see if there’s anything they can do.
