Possible OTJ Trial?

I hope I don't jinx Tommy, but I'm just so "quietly" excited that he may be on the way to OTJ that I wanted to share. It has been a year now and there was a time that I thought Tommy was going to be one of those kittys that would always require insulin, and that might still be true. These past few weeks Tommy has had some really good numbers and many no shot cycles. Except for when he finds the stray dog kibble, it looks to me that he is starting the trial. Any other insite is welcome. ;-)

The second most nerve wrecking time in a sugar cat parent's life...OTJ trials. :lol: First we are scared to death to have to poke and stick them then we're scared that we don't have to anymore. (Proud mom to 2 OTJ boys and a girl that is trying hard)

I'm getting ready for an awesome OTJ party!!! Tommy is hanging in there! Found him chomping on a dog kibble, ohmygod_smile brought him to 155 so I gave him a .1 boost. Went right back on track.
I'm assuming that some kitties run higher BGLs than others OTJ. Could be the % of difference to the meter reading also, right? (Not sure how to say that, LOL) Anyway Tommy is looking for his party hat and deciding what treats he will serve at the party! Eight days down.... 6 days left! dancing_cat
