I noticed yesterday afternoon that when Gobbles walks it is slow and kind of walks side to side...a started him on xobaline 1x per day..in the evening he was attentive and we played "chase the milk ring" so I don't think he was hurting...and he did groom himself after his dinner...and I've noticed hin at the water dish as is his norm....but I'm still a little concerned...he is much himself this morning...and in fact played "catch the string"..

It can be a while before the methyl- B 12 takes effect.

The difficulty standing and walking may have another cause, too, such as low potassium or other electrolytes. How is his kidney function?

If he's drinking more water, try to get a urine (or blood) ketone test today. Also, if you ever think he smells like nail polish remover, test for ketones and if positive, get him to a vet asap.

your link still isnt working - did you try my suggestions?

I have tried Tiggy on zobaline for months but not helping yet - I believe it may work once he is regulated.

Is your cat a maine coon? Could be hip dysplasia.. we think Tiggy may have that too...

I edited my link and it seems to be working now, in my signature. He is not a maine coon, but is a "large boned" cat
