his PMPS is at 6.1mmol/L (110) should I still give him 2U of insulin?

Sorry noone responded earlier. Looks like he is headed up. Do let us know when you start to make the switch to FF since his dose might need to be reduced.

Can you get another test in the second half of the cycle. I want to make sure you don't wake up to a very low number again.
