You've been on this dose quite a while, and she's still seeing some high blues. How would you feel about an increase? It might be short term, but enough to jog her to get rid of some of those blues.

I was gonna ask that question. Should I go ahead and bump her up at her next dose (in 3 hours).

Well, she is certain diving down pretty far. Just fed about a tablespoon of high carb. Will test in 20.

She went up slightly (I tested at 15 minutes instead of 20 cuz I'm antsy). I'm gonna test in 15 again to see if she's still going up or if I need to give more high carb. Her poor ear - she only lets me test one of them, and it's not giving blood very well today. 
Carbs from HC typically take 20-30 minutes from the plate to the blood stream. Good to see she's in the safe zone for now.

I fed a tablespoon of high carb again since she dropped back down to 45 at +5. Back to 15-20 minute intervals we go!
Come on Kit, we want you above 50, a little more than 1 point please!

Should I still be feeding high carb below 60? I had only been doing it when she's under 50, and trying to get her to eat a little lower carb once she hits 50+
You are doing right. With higher carb food, you have to wait a couple hours after giving it to make sure she doesn't drop back down. if she rises on her own on just LC, and it's been two hours since HC, you can call it a night.
