switching from isophane (NPH) to Lantus. Myrtle ate about half a can of FF pate about 15 minutes ago, BG was 13.7 (236) just before she ate. I think she is a little dehydrated despite getting subcutaneous fluids this morning but no ketones. I was thinking of maybe just starting with a drop (about 0.25 or less) of Lantus - what do you think?
