Dian, I was getting this and litter one mixed up.

So I can vote 2x daily, on Chrome, and another 2x daily on Explorer, for this shelter?

yes barb. 12 hours apart. so one vote on chrome and IE then 12 hours later same thing. can also do this with iphone, ipad,smart phone and whatever else you get internet connection on.
