Drop the dry food and any of the prescription wet food. Even the prescription wet is higher carb than kitty should be eating. Switch to fancy feast or friskie pate. No gravy.
Have you thought about home testing? And feeding her more? Do you put the whole can out at once? I add water to the food.... Makes it last longer and gives kitty more hydration.
