Please advise AMPS 200

I'm still learning how to appropriately most with copies of previous threads. Would someone look at Hobo's spreadsheet and advise. Yesterday he was HI according to the Libre all day, then this morning his pre-shot level was 200. I decided not to give insulin and wait 2 hours as I read somewhere on this site. What reading to I look for after 2 hours for a decision to give insulin?

This is something I also want to know. My cat has been in the low to mid 100s and I have been giving slightly reduced insulin.
