? Piggy-AMPS 7.4 without insulin

Good afternoon! The second time it turns out that sugar without insulin stays in the range from 6.9 to 9.6 for several days, then it reaches 10 and I return it to insulin. I also noticed that he begins to partially refuse to eat - he licks a little and leaves, the leftovers have to be fed from a syringe, but at the same time he often goes to the water (I associate this with his CKD), goes to the kitchen with everyone and asks to eat, sharpens his claws, poops without constipation. I will donate blood with him this weekend, but it is not entirely clear to me why sugar does not rise without insulin these days and what to do if the AMPS before the injection is in the range from 6.9 to 8-9, that is, to put insulin minimally or not? Has anyone come across something like this, or just tell me what to do?

I don’t quite understand what you are asking, sorry. .
Looking at the spreadsheet I can see you are not getting any tests in during the cycles? Do you think you could get some tests done during the cycles? That would help tell us how low the dose of insulin is taking Piggy.
He looks as if he is going well on the current dose but we really need to see those all important mid cycles blood glucose tests.

Tonight I will try to do 2-4-6-8-10 and on November 1st the whole cycle. And the question was related to skipping injections - I did not put him on for two days and glucose did not grow much, I understand that due to his age he will not have remission -he has been living with me for 11 years and lived somewhere before me for at least 3 years or more.He has stage 3-4 CKD, pancreatitis and diabetes for more than a year now, and I also read that you can't skip it-at least the minimum dose, but you need to put it, and I'm afraid that he won't go into hypo without me.I did not reduce the amount of food, his daily pills are still the same, but for some reason sugar without insulin lasts for several days as with insulin.Of course, I am very glad that after all, after changing canned food, sugar has become significantly less within a month.I will look at the glucose level today

It will be good to see the tests you do tonight. That should give us an idea of how he is going.
Are you giving him snacks in between the 2 main meals.?
It is not a good idea to miss doses of insulin unless the preshot is too low. Once we can see some mid cycle tests, we will be able to tell if the dose is the correct dose.

Goodday!Betweentwomeals, ifI'm atwork, I don'tgive anything,andwhen I'm on the weekend, I oftenpamperthemall with an additionaltreat-boiledchicken,ryazhenka,moist.Tonightandtomorrowafternoon I will carry out a fullcycle of sugarmeasurements.Lastnight I did+2+4and+6,but+8and+10 didn'twork out.Heatealmost the wholeportion himself this morning

Have you thought about getting an automatic timed feeder to use when you are at work.
No, I have 9 of them and the others have different food - this is the difficulty and I can't handle it financially, but the most important thing is that Piglet is not greedy, it is easy to drive him away from food or he stops eating and goes to the litter box to pee, and at this time someone else is already finishing his food if I am not watching, so I always control what and how he eats so that the insulin dose does not turn out to be too much due to his malnutrition and does not lead to hypo without me
