143 @ +4.5 (sorry for the slight delay, i fell asleep on the couch) :(.

This is the point in the evening where I'm probably headed to bed and Mike won't be up for another 1 to 2 hours. Should I give her a relatively large LC meal to keep her steady (or at least, falling slowly?).
 
Sorry all - Mike tested at +7, but didn't post the results - she was at 183. She did throw up a couple times at around +6.5 - one solid, one liquid, but she's kept food down since then.
