Sadly Phoebe passed away after a few weeks illness. She was a strong spirit in a difficult body. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and coworkers. Phoebe was skilled at her job with computer pixels representing car parts and at assembling impossible puzzles. She loved beauty and nature. Cats, horses, bumblebees and magical fantasy beings too. Phoebe Basso helped cats in need and supported artists. She will be missed by many circles of people, and internationally in the automotive industry for car part creation and safety.
Plans will be made for a memorial service in springtime.

So sorry to hear about Phoebe's passing. She's helped so many people with their diabetic cats, especially the Acro ones.

At least we can take some comfort in knowing that she was well received when she got to the Bridge.

I remember well the wild ride of Olive from Montreal to you, Paula. And the story of Rusty being driven to Ella.
She helped a lot of cats and a lot of people.

she went so quickly. sad. came back to fdmb just to post on a thread re her so thank you for starting this. phoebe & i didn't really interact here but we were facebook friends for many years afterward. i will miss her.
