He's acting ok, but have checked BG 3x. Gave 1ml corn syrup by syringe - he's not interested in eating anything.

From the SS it looks like the insulin could still be active in his system (and could lower BG) for a few hours yet. So, we need to keep that BG up.
That ml of corn syrup should, hopefully, have lifted BG a bit. It acts quickly. Can you test again in a few minutes to see if the numbers have risen?

He just ate ~ 1Tbsp of FF Liver & Chicken (3.6%) on his own (left over from his dinner); tested @ 75.

Be aware too that syrup/glucose acts quickly, but the effect isn't long term. It can leave the system quite fast. So, any raise in BG that you see from the syrup that you gave may be temporary. You may need to give syrup again.

The syrup will wear off quickly and some food will keep his BGs up longer. I see that 29 on your SS.
Do you have any higher carb food that he normally doesn't get, that he might eat? Just give a little. You don't want him to get too full, should his numbers go down again.

Great, that's a nice raise and is a 'safe' number.
It's also good that he got some food on board.
Do you have any higher carb food (an 'in gravy' type) that you can use the gravy from if necessary? That can raise carb without filling the kitty's tummy too much.

Thank you! I tried giving him some FF grilled beef feast in gravy (~15-19%), but he won't take any. I have some A/D (12%) that I can try.

Do you have any Temptations? Sometimes, a few crumbled Temptations on top, will get them to eat.
If he just ate some food, you can wait 20 minutes or so, until his next test and try to feed again then.

It's the gravy part of the food that will help bring him up. Can you just put down a little of the gravy for him to lick? Put some in your hand? Remi will usually eat something if I am holding it.

No treats, but do have some dry food I could try if need be. Tried just a bit of the gravy & wouldn't lick from my hand, but finally licked about 1/2 ml of gravy from the top of some food. Numbers are starting to go down a bit again (67). Do I just keep watching his numbers, or give more corn syrup? Tried more of the A/D, but he won't eat.

Do you have any more of that Livery & Chicken that he ate earlier?
It is getting late in the cycle. I would hold off on the dry food, for now.

Thank you so much for sticking with me. I'm doing ok; tired, but hanging in there. To think, I almost didn't get up to check him when I did (I'd only gone to bed an hour and a half earlier).
Just offered him some more of the A/D topped with a bit of the FF gravy, but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. He's fed up with me and keeps walking away to curl up a few steps away everytime I bring food to him.

Looks like he's holding steady, so I think we're good now. Thanks to everyone watching out for us!
