Sparky's BG was doing really well for about a week with no insulin. Now it's slowly starting to rise. We haven't been very good with checking daily due to really hectic work schedules this month. I haven't felt comfortable giving any Vetsulin when he gets a little high because we aren't home enough to keep an eye on his sugars.

He's eating strictly wet - low carb - and he gets a few tablespoons of Young Again Zero every day. No treats.

Hoping this is just a high week and he goes lower instead of higher.

He's acting fine. Peeing and pooping appropriately. Teeth are normal. He's much more vocal lately.... which has me slightly concerned. But, he was decidedly less vocal when he was having high sugars, and he's always been a very vocal cat!

your cat has good numbers but often is still higher than normal for a human meter. Human meters are normal 50-120 If your cat is 130 or above I would give him just a little insulin support to help solidify his remission and give him a better chance of it "sticking". even just a .25 dose would help.
