Good morning!

After the curve day yesterday and an increase in dosage, I feel like we have established a ground 0 of sorts as it pertains to Peekas treatment. We bought a low lid litter tray for her as well, so hopefully les accidents. Two quick things to note this morning that were encouraging, when I woke up to give them their midnight snack, I found Peeks rubbing up against a pair of my shoes. If you know Peeka, you’ll know she loves rubbing up against clothes and shoes, even if they don’t smell like us just yet. That was somewhat encouraging. As I went to fill their food bowls, I got out of the laundry room to find Peeka had made her way to the entry of the laundry room and was “patiently” waiting for some food. Which meant she covered the distance from our room to the laundry area in pretty good time as it doesn’t take long for me to fill their bowls.

So anyways, there’s that. Not a lot else happening, I’ll get a +2 before leaving for work. I think I’m going to try and get multiple tests during days I go in late or come home early just for more data.

I hope everyone had a good weekend and your week is off to a good start!

I see your girl found the trampoline this morning! ;)

I'm wondering now if their midnight snack was actually closer to shot time. According to my wife, about 45 minutes after feeding the cats, our dog woke up to get fed and it was close to 5:00. There's a chance I actually fed them later than I originally thought, I thought I saw the phone say 2:00, but I didn't have my glasses on either.

Ended the night with a temporary shock! Peekas first +3 test came in at 85 and I was shocked! I still had some leftover blood, so my next few tests came in around the 230 marks. I did get one that read 180 and I would have been thrilled. I know there is some variance, but that 85 reading had me almost panicked.
