Peeka 9/21 SS help/dosing advice

Crazy last few days! Not much is happening on the Peeka front. We have strung together a couple of nice days where her walk isn’t getting worse. Her PS numbers have gotten a little lower as well, but I haven’t been able to get much in the way of testing between +3-+6. Just when I thought I was getting a handle on her numbers, I get a +6 that’s 220. I’m sure with the PMPS, I would have been able to tell a bit better. This weekend I will be taking off of work, so I can get a better read on her current dose.

Any dosing advice from more knowledgeable people? I freak out a little bit when I see the PS around 200. I'm sure more testing +3-+6 may be beneficial to see what her nadir is.

Only the +1. Going to get some tonight but the PS was 354
