Teddybear is not eating and clearly doesn't feel good. He ate a whole can of fancy feast in the morning (unusual for him, a can usually lasts most of the day), recieved his insulin, and later ate another can. He had thrown up arond an hour before his evening testing, he read 438 (usually runs around 325-350). He didn't eat anything, he didn't even want his favorite crunches, he just wanted to sit on my lap and purr so I skipped his evening insulin. As the night went on he got feeling even worse. He wouldn't purr, or react to being petted, and threw up again. Later he started drinking his water and wouldn't go far. his morning number was 328. He's purring again, but still doesn't feel good, and won't eat. His ketone strip shows no ketones. I'm not sure if I should give him his insulin since his tummy is empty. Do his symptoms suggest pancreatitis?
He is on prozinc.
I am going to try to get him into the vet today
